Kaya & Holly’s Wedding Videography at Rosedew Farm
Rosedew Farm is one of my favourite places to film a wedding because it always attracts couples who want a big party for their wedding.
That was definitely true for Kaya and Holly who had half of their wedding guests travelling down from northern England to celebrate their big day.
Although the forecast was wet, the day itself was beautiful sunshine for the most part, and allowed for some beautiful shots of the venue in the morning.
Both ladies got ready separately, so I went from one house to the next back and forth as they got ready, capturing their hair/makeup and first looks with their bridal parties.
The ceremony itself was full of smiles and laughter, with both Kaya and Holly reading personal vows to each other, which I always say is one of the best things you can do for making your day feel even more personal.
Once that was over, the party began. Saxaphone music provided the soundtrack for guests who enjoyed the food, drink and activities the couple had arranged.
We took the chance before speeches to take them down to Llantwit Major Beach - a two minute drive from Rosedew Farm - and got some lovely couple shots in the windy weather.
The rest of the evening was a continuation of the party, where I focused on filming lots of the guests discreetly as the drinks started to flow more and more! This naturally led to an upbeat vibe to their wedding film which is always really fun to edit.
The photography for this wedding was provided by Tayla & Co Photography as part of our photo and film wedding package.
Laura Beth was co-ordinating the day which ensured everything ran really smoothly and she was fab at helping Tayla and I when we needed an extra pair of hands.
Charmaine Gorwill provided the hair and makeup.
