What happens when you book me?

Planning your wedding is a big task, so I like to help you keep things as simple as possible for the videography. Here’s a step by step breakdown of what happens when you book me, from the very first message to when your final film is delivered.

  • When you first reach out to me I’ll respond quickly and take time to understand exactly what matters to you. We’ll talk through the day, the style you like, and what you can expect from me. You'll know how I work, what’s included, and how your investment will result in a film you’ll love. I’m happy to keep to email or take 20 mins on a consultation call.

  • I keep things easy - when you make the choice to book me, I’ll handle all the hard work. You’ll get an invoice for booking fee payment - which can be paid online in one click - and a contract to sign.

  • After you book me it will probably be months or even years until you’re wedding, but I’m always available. We’ll follow each other on Instagram - you’ll see my work, I’ll see your wedding prep - and I’m always a message, email or phone call away. I’m happy to help you with any wedding planning questions you have!

  • A few weeks before your wedding I’ll send you a questionaire to fill out which will go over every detail of your day. Once that’s filled in, I’ll arrange a call with you and we’ll go over every detail of your day, from the timings to your decor, to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. Things are getting real now!

  • I’ll follow-up with a quick confirmation of everything we discussed, just to make sure there’s been no last minute changes.

  • I’ll help you fight off the wedding blues and stay in your wedding bubble with a 60 second trailer of your film delivered the next day.

  • Your wedding film will be finished, delivered and ready to be watched over and over again. I’ll even give you a heads up beforehand so you can get a bottle in the fridge to go with it!
