Payment

A non refundable booking fee is required before the wedding day date will be booked in Inspire Weddings’s calendar.

The booking fee will be deducted from the final payment which must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before the day of the wedding.

The total amount payable will be agreed in writing prior to the booking fee being paid.

Arrangements

The location, date and schedule of the wedding day must be confirmed in writing at least 6 weeks before the day of the wedding. It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to notify the company of any changes that will alter the agreed arrangements. Once Inspire Weddings are notified of any changes, the wedding couple will receive an acknowledgement in writing.

If changes to the wedding day will impact the video arrangements, a new plan will be delivered to

the wedding couple in writing.

If the wedding couple choose to have a trial shoot, they are solely responsible for organising any third parties that are expected to attend. The date of the trial shoot must be no later than 6 weeks before the wedding day. The couple may reschedule the trial shoot once in writing no later than 48 hours before the previously agreed date.

Inspire Weddings must comply with any “house rules” of the venue at all times, which may restrict the options available (eg. where I can stand in a church).

On the day of the wedding, Inspire Weddings is not liable for any delays or disruption to the schedule which may lead to certain aspects of the video not being possible.

Attendance

In the unlikely event that Inspire Weddings are unable to attend the agreed wedding date for any unforeseen circumstances the wedding couple will be notified immediately. In all instances Inspire Weddings will try to honour any agreements.

If Inspire Weddings are unable to perform any or all of the duties for any reason, including, but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illnesses, government or venue restrictions, or technical problems, they will try to find a suitable replacement for the service.

In the unlikely event of a total video failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellation

The wedding couple may notify Inspire Weddings of canceling the arrangement at any time.

Cancellation later than 12 weeks before the day of the wedding will result in the full payment fee being charged. The booking fee will not be refunded at any point.

If the couple cancel prior to 12 weeks before the wedding they forfeit all monies paid to us up until that point.

The client is hereby advised to take out appropriate wedding insurance policy to cover the event of cancellation.

Postponement

Should the couple wish to postpone their wedding for any reason, they must check any possible new dates with Inspire Weddings first so we can reference our availability.

The non-refundable booking fee is always to hold the original date, so whilst a new booking fee for a replacement date is not required, failure for us to be able to do the new date will not result in a refund under any circumstances.

Furthermore, should prices have increased for your package, the additional cost will be added to the total owed for the new date.

Model Release

The wedding couple grant Inspire Weddings consent to use any photographs and/or videos of the wedding day for editorial, competitions, advertising, social media, promotional and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction and to copyright the images.

The wedding couple hereby release Inspire Weddings from all liability and claims in connection with the images.

Delivery of Product

The video will only be delivered once payment is received in full. The wedding couple must agree to the formats in which the video are received prior to the wedding day in writing. Inspire Weddings will present image/video content no later than 12 weeks after the wedding date.

Inspire Weddings will always endeavour to provide the finished material to the couple as quickly as possible, however during peak wedding season from March to September, we reserve the right to deliver the finished material in up to 12 weeks.

Inspire Weddings shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed/filmed and locations used. The judgement regarding the location, poses and number of shots taken shall be deemed correct.

Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitation of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of film scenes.

Privacy

Inspire Weddings may store your data should you wish to have your data removed from the database, please advise in writing and retain your confirmation.

Each party will keep the confidential information of the other party and any third party confidential and secret, and only use it for the purposes of supplying the Services or making proper use of the Services. Each party recognises and accepts its obligations with the regard to the control and the processing of personal data under the current data protection legislation and regulations.

Legal

Inspire Weddings are covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, Inspire Weddings will not be responsible for any loss in data that is caused by a technical error.
